Your pod

Each booking is for one pod, up to two adults, and the nights named in the confirmation. The booking is confirmed only after the deposit is paid successfully.

Payment

The deposit is paid securely online and the remaining balance is payable on arrival unless your confirmation states otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact the team promptly if your plans change. Changes depend on pod availability. Refunds and transfers depend on the notice given and any unrecoverable costs, and require written agreement.

Use of the pod

Guests are responsible for leaving the pod tidy, reporting damage and following venue and fire-safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted inside a pod. The wider site guidelines also apply.

Event changes

If circumstances outside the organisers' reasonable control affect the show, the team will explain the available options using the booking contact details.
