Do I have to camp to attend?
No. You can join us for the day or for a particular class. Camping and glamping are entirely optional.
Before you arrive
These guidelines form part of your camping booking. The venue or event team may give additional safety instructions at check-in.
How do I book a camping pitch?
Use the camping booking page to choose an available pitch and nights. A deposit secures the booking and the remaining balance is payable on arrival unless your confirmation says otherwise.
Can I arrive early or stay longer?
Please contact the Yarnstock team before booking extra nights so arrangements can be confirmed with the venue.
Are rooms available if I do not want to camp?
A limited number of ensuite rooms may be available directly from the venue. Contact the venue early to check availability and book.
Is Yarnstock family friendly?
Yes. Children are welcome but must be supervised, particularly during evening entertainment.
Can I bring my dog?
Friendly dogs are welcome on leads. Owners must supervise them and clean up after them.
Is electricity available for campers?
Electric hook-ups must be booked in advance. One vehicle is permitted per socket and splitters are not allowed.
Should I bring cash?
Yes. Mobile and card signal can be unreliable at the riverside venue, so bringing some cash is sensible.
What is the noise policy?
Quiet time begins at 11pm. Please keep noise low and respect other guests, the venue and nearby residents.
Can I light a fire or barbecue?
Only raised fire pits or barbecues are permitted. Ground fires are not allowed and everything must be left safe and tidy.
What should I do with rubbish?
Please bag your rubbish and take it home unless the event team provides another clearly marked arrangement.
