Your booking

A pitch is held temporarily while the deposit is being paid. It is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation message. Bookings are for the dates, pitch type, vehicle and lead guest shown in that confirmation.

Payment

The deposit is charged securely online. The remaining balance is payable to the venue on arrival unless the confirmation says otherwise. Prices shown during checkout are checked again on the server before the booking is saved.

Changes and cancellations

Contact the Yarnstock team as soon as possible if your plans change. Refunds, transfers and changes depend on notice, pitch availability and any unrecoverable costs. A booking cannot be resold or transferred without written agreement.

Staying safely

Guests must follow the camping guidelines, venue instructions and reasonable safety directions from the event team. One vehicle is permitted per electric hook-up and splitters are not allowed.

Event changes

If circumstances outside the organisers' reasonable control affect the show, the team will explain the available options using the booking contact details.
